EcoGraf’s intention is to build a vertically integrated battery anode materials business to produce high purity graphite products for the lithium-ion battery and advanced manufacturing markets. Epanko is located within in the Ulanga District in the Morogoro Region, approximately 370 km south-west from the city of Dar es Salaam. Epanko will consist of an open cut mine and processing plant to produce a graphite concentrate for export or downstream refining using EcoGraf’s HFfree battery anode material process.
SUMMARY
Dhamana has been engaged to support EcoGraf during the project financing and execution readiness phase of the Project to assist with the planning of the project execution and due diligence. As part of this Dhamana has reviewed the project delivery strategy and contracting plan along with providing input into the owner's team requirements for a successful project outcome.

Dhamana, working as part of an integrated project management team with EcoGraf, is updating the project execution plan and other project delivery plans.

Dhamana also provides environmental management services to EcoGraf for the Epanko Project.
