The Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana, which was acquired by Lotus in 2023, is one of the largest undeveloped uranium projects, with a resource base of 269 Mt at 321 ppm U3O8 (yellowcake) for 190 Mlb contained uranium with 22% contained in Measured & Indicated Mineral Resources.

Botswana is one of the top mining jurisdictions in Africa, achieving a global ranking of 2 (Policy Perceptions Index) in the 2022 Fraser Institute global survey.

Letlhakane has a granted Mining Licence (granted in 2016) and a Prospecting Licence granted April 2023, and is also supported by water abstraction rights and provisional surface rights. Letlhakane is located close to high quality infrastructure, with a sealed road, rail line and power line running past the site. Francistown, a major population centre, is located within 50 km of the Project.

SUMMARY
Dhamana has been engaged to support Lotus Resources with the project definition of the Letlhakane Project.

Following completion of the project definition phase, Dhamana will manage and support the delivery of feasibility studies across all aspects of the Project including mining, metallurgical test work, process plant design, services, infrastructure, environmental and approvals with an aim of demonstrating the potential of the Letlhakane Project.
